I was a complete novice to yoga when I attended my first yoga class with Zarina. She put my anxious mind at
ease immediately by assuring me that all levels were welcome. Her teaching style and sequences focuses on
coordination of breathe and movement. Through her guidance of breathing exercises, stretches and yoga
postures, I always leave feeling peaceful and refreshed. Practicing Vinyasa yoga under her instruction has my
improved my overall wellbeing and I have gained more strength, flexibility and balance. Zarina not only
teaches yoga, she lives the yoga life!

Had a wonderful yoga workout this morning with Zarina! The park is a great place to practice... majestic trees overhead, a slight breeze and views of the intercoastal water way!
