Functional Strength and Mobility - A holistic approach that combines kinesiology principle focusing on posture, mobility, and functional strength to enhance overall well-being and prevent injuries.
Myofascial Release - A therapeutic technique that targets the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles—to reduce tension, improve mobility, and relieve pain. Through gentle pressure and stretching, it helps to release tightness, reduce inflammation, and activate your lymphatic system.
Meditation & Breathwork - A variety of mindfulness techniques aimed at bringing you back to the present moment, reducing stress and being aware of your own body.
Not a problem! I record each live class and upload it onto the members portal afterwards. Being part of my Online Club means you will always have access to every class as long as you are a member!
Once you are a member, I will grant you access to the Members Portal. This is where the links to live classes and library of past classes will be. The live classes are done on YouTube.
I post my schedule for the upcoming weeks live-recorded classes on Sundays. At the top of the members portal, you will see the type of class and time so you can plan ahead if wanting to practice live with me, which is always more fun!
